USUARIOS DE LA DARSENA DE EMBARCACIONES MENORES DEL PUERTO DE LAS PALMAS.
A la vista de que esta Autoridad Portuaria ha detectado durante este último año un incremento de denuncias por el incumplimiento de la normativa dictada por este organismo, queremos por medio de la presente se recuerde que, en virtud de lo establecido por el Consejo de Administración de la Autoridad Portuaria en sesión celebrada el 8 de Junio de 1995 ( anuncio nº 8.356 del BOP de 3 de julio de 1995), “las embarcaciones deportivas no navegarán por las aguas del puerto salvo para realizar la entrada y salida a su punto de atraque” .
Por otro lado se advierte que el incumplimiento de las normas establecidas, podrá suponer la incoación del correspondiente expediente sancionador, conforme a lo establecido a los art. 306, 307 y 308 del Real Decreto Legislativo 02/2011 de 5 de septiembre por el que se aprueba el Texto Refundido de La Ley de Puertos del Estado y la Marina Mercante con multas que pudieran alcanzar los 60.000 y hasta los 601.000 euros, en función del tipo y gravedad de infracción cometida.

Due to this Port Authority has detected during the last year an increase in complaints for non-compliance with the regulations issued by this administration, we would like to remind you that, by virtue of what is established by the Port Authority in session held on June 8, 1995 (announcement No. 8,356 of the BOP of July 3, 1995), «sport boats will not navigate the waters of the port except to enter and exit their berthing point» .
On the other hand, it is warned that failure to comply with the established rules may lead to the initiation of the corresponding disciplinary proceedings, in accordance with the provisions of art. 306, 307 and 308 of Royal Legislative Decree 02/2011 of September 5, which approves the Consolidated Text of the Law on State Ports and the Merchant Navy with fines that could reach 60,000 and until 601,000 euros, depending on the type and seriousness of the offense committed.
